On this shot we've used 1 light setup only to simulate natural light with Profoto USA, in the back of the bottle we've used one key light with Profoto Spain D2 1000w AirTTL and Profoto USA Umbrella Deep M + Diffuser 1.5 profoto and also Selens translucent panel oval from the reflector package 80x120 5in1 and plus to fill the shadows, we've used in the front of the plate many modifiers as white board card, mirrors and so on.
